【发酵罐系列】
Fermenter Series
我厂设计的发酵罐为标准式罐型，这种罐型当公称容积在6M3以下时罐采用夹套式。发酵气的冷却或加热，均由夹套来完成。公称容积为6M3以上时，发酵气的冷却由立式排管来担负，在罐内排管的连接方面我们作了改进。这主要避免在罐体上多开孔，开成死角。这种连续方式在实际使用中得到满意的效果。
发酵设备罐型可分为两大类：一类是嫌气发酵的锥型（如酒精发酵），另一类是为气发酵的罐型（如标准式、伍式、自吸式等）。这类设备尤以标准式罐型使用最为普遍。我厂设计的发酵罐系列图纸资料属于标准式罐型。在设计各种规格的发酵设备时，做到设计结构严密，有足够的强度和使用寿命，力求设备内部附件少，表面光滑，注意到要有良好的气枣汽接触和汽刺固混和性能，使物质传递，气体交换有效地进行。有足够的热交换面积，以保证发酵能在最适宜的温度下进行。重视设备的密封性能以保证灭菌操作。
